Classes & Corporate Offerings

Winter & Spring Yoga at Olbrich Gardens

Winter-Spring 2025 offerings are live at Olbrich Gardens.  Class series are as follows:

Saturday Morning Flow Yoga - 4 Weeks: Jan 11 - Feb 1, 8-9 AM

Wednesday Evening Yin Yoga - 4 Weeks: Feb 15 - Feb 26, 6-7:30 PM in the Bolz Conservatory

Saturday Morning Flow Yoga - 6 Weeks: Feb 15 - Mar 22, 8-9 AM

Saturday Morning Flow Yoga - 6 Weeks: Apr 5 - May 10, 8-9 AM

Each flow yoga series will take participants through a thoughtful combination of accessible strength-building sequences, exploration of the nervous system within postures and steady movement appropriate for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.  We’ll focus on what it means to link breath with movement - the “flow” portion of class, intelligent use of props, and accessing mindful meditation within practice.  During cold or inclement weather, these flow classes will be held within indoor classrooms overlooking the gardens.  During warm weather, we'll be outdoors.

The yin yoga & meditation series will take participants through a restorative and grounding yoga practice. Appropriate for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, yin yoga is a practice of postures performed primarily on the ground for an improvement in flexibility, increased function of the joints and connective tissues as well as an increased sense of vitality in the body. Yin features extended holds in postures with plenty of props for comfort rather than continuous movement. The meditation portion of this class will be beginner-oriented and introduced within the postures of class. This class is a special offering held after-hours in the jungle of the Bolz Conservatory!

Corporate Offerings

With industry experience as a studio manager, personal trainer, fitness/yoga class instructor, teacher trainer and nutrition coach I am well-versed in all things health and wellness.  In addition to working one-on-one with individual clients I have been offering group classes, class series, and workshops of all kinds in gyms, fitness studios, and corporate settings since 2010. Offerings can include but are not limited to:

  • Weekly yoga or fitness class series in intervals of 2 to 8 weeks

  • Seminars on mobility, stretch, injury prevention & occupation-specific self-care

  • Seminars on nutrition: the basics of a quality diet, calorie & macro tracking, weight loss & meal prep

  • Seminars on fitness: choosing how to exercise, the basics of strength training, navigating fitness spaces

  • Seminars on yoga: practice for beginners, sport-specific practices, posture & philosophy education

  • Small Group Wellness: guided discussions, meetings & workshops for those looking to make lifestyle changes

Online Yoga Offerings

If you're seeking a simple home practice look no further! I have an online library of classes, recorded live via Zoom during the summer of 2020, available for download via Google Drive.  These classes are primarily Slow Flow and Restorative in nature.
